FITNESS CENTRE

• Fitness Centre with state-of-the-art cardio and weightlifting equipment

PERSONAL TRAINING

 

 

Working with a Personal Trainer can be one of the fastest and most successful ways to improve overall fitness. YMCA

Personal Training programs will coach you through your journey to help you reach your health and fitness goals.

One-on-one sessions are designed to help you meet your objectives:

GROUP FITNESS        

 

 

There’s strength in numbers! Improve your fitness in a motivating group of your peers. We offer classes for individuals

of all fitness abilities. You’ll have fun while a certified YMCA instructor guides you and your group to better health.

FITNESS FOR BREATH

 

 

Regular exercise is of vital importance to people with COPD, in fact it is one of the most powerful tools to manage COPD.

The best way to learn how to exercise is to join a pulmonary rehabilitation program. The YMCA now offers an instructor

lead exercise class geared toward those with COPD or even those looking for post-rehabiltation fitness classes to

improve their overall lifestyle.  

 

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 1:00-2:00pm

Members: FREE

Non-members: $4.00

 

 

KARATE LESSONS 

 

The YMCA’s Karate program has been run by Foley’s Family Karate for the past 30+ years. Training takes place at Romeo Public School in the gym. Discounts are given to YMCA Members. This program is for ages 8 and up.

 

Mondays & Thursdays: 7:00–8:30pm
