Introducing: The YMCA Member Portal – Our Online Registration Platform for Children’s Program Registration

 

In an effort to provide a safe and comfortable experience for all members, many of our scheduled programs now require registration through our YMCA Member Portal.

 

Our new online Member Portal is designed to make your family’s experience of coming to the Y as seamless as possible.

 

The YMCA Member Portal uses an email address as the main point of reference and login. If your email is not on file with us, please complete the form below.

A User’s Guide for the YMCA Member Portal

 

The online Member Portal allows you to easily access your information and register for programs. The easiest way to register starting Oct 5th will be through the Member Portal, however you can call or visit us to register with a staff member. Wait times may occur using a phone or in-person option. We have two types of Children’s Programs available – Registered and Drop-In Programs. Both programs will show up in the program schedule, and you will select a date you wish to attend.

 

Member Portal Login

 

You will receive an email from us that includes a link to your YMCA Member Portal. If you have not received this email, please ensure we have your most up-to-date email on file by adding it here. Clicking the link will allow you to set your password and login. Once logged in, you will be able to update your information, as well as access your linked family members. You will need to be logged in as the child you wish to register into a program. Check the name on the top of the screen once logged in as the first step. If you are logged in as yourself, please scroll to the linked members section and login as the child you are registering for.

Booking Drop-In Children’s Programs – Book up to 7 Days in Advance for Each Program

 

Drop-In Programs operate as a one-time registration and attendance program, which means you will need to register your child each and every time you wish to attend one of these programs. The Member Portal allows you to register for a drop-in program up to seven days in advance, so you can easily plan your week ahead at the Y.

 

Simply login to your member portal and scroll until you see linked members. Select the member you wish to register for and login as them. Next, follow the Bookings Tab, and then the program schedule to register. Ensure you change the date to the week you are looking for.

 

Please note that as Programs begin starting on Oct 12th, you will need to toggle the schedule to at least Oct 12th.

Registered Children’s Programs – Register Once for Your On-Going Sessions

 

Registered Programs operate as an on-going recurring event for the length of the current session. As a member you register once for the day and time of your choice, and our Y team will auto-populate the recurrence of the on-going program for you. Within one week of registering, you will be able to log into your member portal and see the recurrence of your child’s registered program on your member portal calendar.

 

Simply login to your member portal and scroll until you see linked members. Select the member you wish to register for and login as them. Now you can follow the Bookings Tab, and then the schedule to register for programs. Ensure you change the date to the week you are looking for registration.

 

Given that Registration begins on Oct 5th, but Programs will begin on Oct 12th, you will need to toggle the schedule to Oct 12th.
